I’ve learnt not to be judgmental

If there’s one thing I’ve learnt, it is not to be judgmental. I’m by no means perfect myself so I accept people for what they are. Discrimination really should go the way of the dodo and the dinosaurs, and I hope my daughter, and the new generation, will celebrate diversity and tolerance to different ways of life and beliefs.
Just as I've learnt not to be judgmental, I’ve also learnt that you can never control what others say or think of you. A dear friend once told me that a person should never fret over what others say, as long as they’re answerable to their conscience, and not hurting anyone or spreading negative karma, I agree. Life is too short to dwell on negativity.
